RIVERWOODS AUSTRALIA cannot be held responsible for any IP infringements, copyright infringements ,inaccuracies or errors caused by incorrect information supplied to us  by these third parties. Riverwoods Australia has provided strict instructions to third party merchants/suppliers to ensure the products being supplied to us are not copies or replicas of other brands/designs that exist in the market. 

In the event of any concerns or complaints about possible violation of intellectual property rights, please send us an email at admin@riverwoods.com.au identifying with specifying the rights alleged to be violated and the accused product(s). Riverwoods Australia will respond quickly when we receive proper notice of intellectual property infringement by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material or products. Riverwoods Australia may request additional information before processing a complain such as verification of the reporting party or documentation regarding the claimed right. Riverwoods Australia will reject notices or counter notices that contain information we believe is false, incomplete or fraudulent.
